Ethical means legal so Ethical Hacking or Ethical Hacker All these terms are related to Legal way . Penetration testers (Known as Ethical Hacker ) are employed by organizations to penetrate networks and computer systems with the purpose of finding and fixing security vulnerabilities. They are the Roots of any security system who protects form the hacking attacks on the organizations . It is the Duty of an Ethical Hacker  to inform to the owner or the organisation if there are any vulnerability  in there network or website to fix it as soon as possible and for not using it for fun or destroying the organizations.
